For Wealth Advisors, Investment Bankers & Business Brokers

You plan the transaction. We plan what comes after.

Your clients are ready on paper long before they are ready in person. LifeWise Exit works the personal side of the exit, and the results show up in your plan, your process, and your relationship.

For Wealth Advisors

You plan the money. We plan the life it pays for.

A client heading into a major transition can answer every question about the portfolio and very few about the life it funds. LifeWise Exit closes that gap and hands you the output: the LifeWise Blueprint, a concrete ten-year plan your financial plan can be built around.

Real inputs for your projections

Timing, location, spending priorities, and giving goals arrive as decisions the client has already made. Your plan models a real life instead of a placeholder retirement.

A relationship that survives the transition

Transitions are when assets move. A client with a ten-year plan built alongside their spouse, with your plan funding it, has every reason to stay.

Clear lanes, one message

Cindy advises on the life. You advise on the money. Clients hear the same thing from both of you: the Blueprint is the input, your financial plan is the engine.

The full engagement begins with the free LifeWise Snapshot, a ten-minute readiness read the client can take on their own. When a client is circling the transition but can't yet commit to the work, it's a concrete first step you can put in their hands.

For Investment Bankers & Business Brokers

The owner who can see what's next is the owner who signs.

Every investment banker and business broker knows the owner who should sell and keeps stalling. The market is right, the numbers work, and the LOI sits unsigned because they can't picture life the Monday after close. LifeWise Exit gives them that picture, and gives you an owner ready to sign. The heaviest work happens in the first two months, so an owner who starts now is ready before your next window opens.

Hesitation becomes a signed LOI

An owner who has worked through the after is an owner who can commit. Personal readiness is what turns "someday" into a signature.

Warm leads stay warm

The fence-sitter who won't transact today gets something of genuine value from you while the relationship matures. When they are ready, you are the call they make.

Timing you can trust

A spouse with different assumptions or an owner who can't picture the next chapter will push a launch by quarters. Surfacing that before anything is signed protects your timeline.

"I hesitated to sell because I couldn't picture what came next. LifeWise gave me that clarity. Now I'm pursuing new opportunities that truly excite me."

52%

Barely half of executives entering retirement feel emotionally prepared for it. Their money is usually ready years before they are. The gap between the two is where LifeWise works.

How a referral works

1

You make the introduction

Talking points are provided, and Cindy Jennings will join a client conversation directly where that helps.

2

Your client works the program

A six-month 1:1 engagement via video, spouse or partner included, heaviest in the first two months.

3

The Blueprint comes back to you

Your client returns with a ten-year plan. What they share is at their discretion, and what they share strengthens your work.

Common questions

Who pays for the engagement?
In most cases the client engages LifeWise directly. Some banking and brokerage firms sponsor the program for sellers as part of their service, which tends to be a memorable differentiator.
When in the process should a client start?
Before anything is signed. The ideal time is while the owner is still deciding whether to sell. They gain clarity about what comes next, and you begin the process with a committed seller. The work is equally valuable during a live transaction or after closing. Starting before the LOI simply creates the best conditions for a smoother transaction and a stronger transition.
Is the work confidential?
Yes. What a client shares with you from their Blueprint is entirely at their discretion. In practice, clients bring their advisors the takeaways that make the joint work better.
Does LifeWise give financial advice?
LifeWise advises on the life: purpose, identity, family alignment, and a ten-year plan across eight life areas. Financial and transaction advice stays with you. The lanes are clear, and the Blueprint is built to feed your work.
