This policy covers lifewiseexit.com, snapshot.lifewiseexit.com, lifewisemasterplan.com, and the LifeWise Masterplan app (together, "LifeWise"). LifeWise is operated by Interwovenly, LLC, based in Denver, Colorado.
What we collect
What you give us. When you take the LifeWise Snapshot, book a conversation, buy a program, or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, your answers, and anything you choose to share about your situation.
What we collect automatically. Like most websites, ours record basic technical information, such as browser type, pages visited, and the site that referred you. We use it to understand how the sites are used and to keep them working.
Payments. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To deliver what you asked for: your Snapshot results, your program, your scheduled conversation.
- To follow up about your results and, if you opt in, to send occasional emails about LifeWise. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To improve our sites, programs, and the Snapshot itself.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your Snapshot answers with your financial advisor, employer, or anyone else without your permission.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run LifeWise, including providers who host our websites and data, send email, schedule meetings, and process payments. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Our sites may use them, along with similar technologies, to keep the sites working (for example, remembering your progress through the Snapshot), to understand how visitors use our sites, and to measure how well our outreach works.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly without them.
If we begin using cookies for advertising, we'll update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're an active contact or client, and for up to two years after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To make a request, email support@lifewiseexit.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
LifeWise is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
